At Leather Repair, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home leather care products. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the leather dyes, cleaners, or repair kits in their original containers, ensuring all lids are tightly sealed to prevent leaks during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our specialists inspect the returned goods at our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement items within 5-7 business days.
